My name is Mmayen Ndehedehe, a Registered Nurse with a bachelor's degree in nursing from Charles Darwin University, Australia. I’m the head Chef of Nigerian Cuisine-Calabar Kitchen in Brisbane. I have a strong passion for cooking which has been part of my life since I was a teenager. I love to satisfy people's food cravings, which is why I’m into the catering business.
Who Are We?
Nigerian Cuisine (Calabar Kitchen) is a family-owned registered food business in Australia. The business started in January 2020 and it is a brand with a difference that has come to stay in honesty and satisfy people's food cravings while adhering to a healthy policy. Calabar Kitchen caters to individuals, families, and all occasions ranging from weddings, social gatherings, engagements, dedications, special events, private dinners, birthdays, events, etc.
As an Eco-friendly business, we have crockery hire which comprises chafing dishes, plates & bowls, cutleries, wine glasses, and food warmers. We are a rapidly growing food outlet in Australia with a large customer base due to our excellent cooking, service delivery, and culinary prowess. Our biggest aim is to promote Nigeria’s rich and healthy food(s) to the world.
